Cooper & David // A stroll through San Francisco ft. Sutro Tower, the Golden Gate Bridge, and Baker Beach
For years now I’ve strived to write a sort of love letter to San Francisco with my work. This city with its narrow alleys, heavy salt air wafting through, sunlight streaming between skyscrapers. It’s a place that takes a lot of shit (literally and figuratively) though I can’t help but feel excitement every time I cross the golden gate. In that vein, here are some images from a day spent wandering this wonderful little peninsula.

Luna & Robin // A few moments at The Palace of Fine Art and Pier 7 in San Francisco, CA
An afternoon spent dashing between pillars and trees as the rain drifted in from overhead. Lights flickered on as the churn of the city relaxed. A glittering skyline revealed itself in the distance, streetlamps illuminated the wooden boards we wandered of San Francisco’s pier 7.
Anna & Lawrence // Berkeley Hills Engagement Session
Anna and Lawrence met up with me to wander through some hills and valleys in Berkeley, eventually ending up overlooking a pretty sweet view of the bay.

Akemi & Jordan // A San Francisco City Hall Wedding
An hour or two in San Francisco City Hall, a place very dear to my heart, with two wonderful people.
Lauren & Trevor // A Sonoma Wedding
Sonoma has a special place in my heart. It’s a small town, surrounded by countryside and vineyards, with a very active social scene. The year is marked with events every week in the downtown square, restaurants spilling out into the street as vendors set up tents in the park. On the outskirts lives a vibrant immigrant population with some of the best food you’ll ever eat, I would know as I ate my way through the town. While I haven’t lived there in several years getting the chance to return and capture a bit of its fall glory was a treat.
Like many in the midst of the pandemic Lauren and Trevor had to adjust their plans more than a few times. Originally they had a large wedding planned at a winery which slowly whittled down to a backyard event ft. just a few of their closest family. A computer stood by capturing and broadcasting everything for those at home as they said their vows. It was a day filled with emotion, tears, and laughter. The video will do it more justice than words ever could, so I’ll stop typing now.
